I will be commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Confederate Raid on Newburgh, Indiana on May 19, 2012 by offering a free walking tour of Newburgh to the public. The tour will gather outside the Edgewater Grill at 10:45 AM and will begin at 11:00 AM. We will walk to several places in the old downtown of Newburgh and visit sites that played a part in the rebel raid. The tour will last approximately one hour. I will take questions after the tour and I will be signing copies of Thunder From a Clear Sky in front of the Book Nook for the rest of the day. The tour is free and open to the public.
