New Book Review Posted

I have just posted my new book review of Edward T.
Cotham, Jr.'s Sabine
Pass: The Confederacy's Thermopylae. This
is a fascinating book about a little know battle in
the far southeastern corner of the Texas gulf coast.
If you've read dozens of books about the Civil War in
the East, or even about the big battles in the
Western theater, I highly recommend this little gold
nugget from Texas. It is the first book I've read
about the Civil War in Texas and I'll soon be reading
Mr. Cotham's book on the battle of Galveston next. My
thanks to Mr. Cotham for his participation in a short
e-mail interview for my book review. For the full
review go here.
